Transitioning Good Medicine's physical operation into the digital realm posed challenges in user engagement, easy product discovery, and the streamlining of inventory management.

THE APPROACH

Kha Creation created an online store using WordPress and Woo Commerce. We implementated Core Web Vitals (a set of metrics that measure real-world user experience for loading performance, interactivity, and visual stability of the page) and a Partner page (facilitating affiliate partnerships). In addition, we incorporated several applications (including Yotpo, Veeqo, Qpilot, and Klavio) to address various operational needs ranging from inventory management to email marketing.

The technological infusion resulted in a robust online platform, enhanced user engagement and improved operational efficiency. The integration of third-party applications fostered better inventory management, effective email marketing campaigns, an appealing shopping experience.
